Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards and domestic money orders. Personal checks drawn on a U.S. bank cheerfully accepted and will be subject to clearance prior to shipping. We do not accept international credit cards. If you are an international customer, funds must be wire-transferred to our bank. You will be promptly notified regarding the details of the transaction and the shipping charges. We are located in New Jersey. Therefore, there is no sales tax added to any purchase outside the state of New Jersey.

However, New Jersey residents must add applicable sales tax to all orders.

Warranty: Although we are not authorized distributors for many of the items we sell, we fully honor the original manufacturer's warranty, exactly as stipulated by them, for the exact duration of the term. In the event of any malfunction or defect within this period, we will arrange for pickup, repair, (by an authorized repair service), and return of the item all at our expense.

For all televisions over 32", we will provide in-home service. Returns: We offer a fourteen (14) day money back guarantee. You may return an item within fourteen (14) days of purchase after obtaining a return authorization number. Products returned without a return authorization number will be refused. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and must be in its original packaging, condition, and with all instructions, blank warranty cards, and accessories. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All Orders are subject to a 6% Cancellation Fee once they are processed.

15% CHARGED FOR CANCELLATION ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All sales are final on projection televisions and custom accessories except in the case of defective merchandise which will be exchanged for another identical item. Defective Merchandise: Should your product become defective within the first thirty (30) days after purchase we will exchange that unit for a new unit and pay for shipping charges both ways.
