back guarantee. If within 14 days of purchase you return the item in its
original condition, with all original packaging, instructions, blank warranty
cards, accessories, and with the original sales receipt, we will issue a refund.
Please call our friendly customer service department at 1-800-836-9403 for a
return authorization number prior to shipping your product back to
SURROUND CITY. Without this number, your return will not be accepted at our
warehouse.
Refund
returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the
return.Shipping is not refundable.
All Orders are subject to a 6% Cancellation Fee once they are processed.
All
sales are FINAL on all televisions, and video products unless they are
defective, in which case the defective exchange policy applies.

become defective within the first 14 days we will exchange that unit for a new
unit.

products covered above are exchanged for the same identical product. If you have
a defect unit please call us with a description of the defect and we will issue
a call tag and have the product picked up and exchanged at no cost to you.
